A couple of years ago, I did have a few tokens from another casino that I forgot to redeem. I was at Arizona Charlies, Decatur, and decided to try them. They didn't work, so I took them to the cage. They wouldn't redeem them for me, but did offer to exchange for Arizona Charlies tokens. I did so and played them up in a few minutes with no problems.
