Bubba Bill (while president) made his mark (literally) with an ugly woman (not his wife, yes the wife is ugly to) in the oval office, giving a whole new meaning to Cigarman. Funny stuff by any measure.

Dubya beyond the complete lack of intelligence, and inability to speak in complete thoughts, has not done much that was funny. He trashed the economy, created bad blood with so many of our allies, ignored the constitution, and used the spectre of 9/11 to get us into a war in iraq which has served his masters in the oil industries. Kind of hard to yuck it up. Thank goodness we got the VP shooting his buddy in the face, and here is the kicker, the buddy apologized forthe inconvenience.

We know whoever wins, we won't have dubya anymore so we are better off, and there will be plenty of opportunity for humor regardless. But labeling items as humor does not make them funny, labeling them satire does not justify some of the inappropriate(OR WORSE) comments that some have made. Saying something mean and nasty and calling it humor does not make it OK, so if your going to be a comedian (regardless of party) at least actually be funny. Both parties are providing plenty of opportunities.
