When you post anonymously, you lose all credibility. Do you have zero internet research skills? It should take less then 3 minutes to not only have the phone number to the Riviera typed into your cell phone and be connected to management at the casino if you were truly looking to post a legitimate complaint - especially if you can prove you are a slot club member.

This seems suspiciously to me like an attempt by one of those who feel they should not have to buy a room at the club convention hotel trying to scare people needlessly. Until you prove otherwise, I think that will be the view shared by most who read this thread.
