Anyone have any info on the two Buddy Charles chips below? I've seen them attributed to New Orleans, LA a couple of times. Jones records show a sale to Thomas A Rouger? in Lake Charles, LA. The last name is hard to make out. Just curious if anyone has a positive ID on these being used in a club.
