was a disaster for us as Im sure most of you remember during the Banquet I recieved a 2nd phone call that My Brother's Heart had stopped for the 2nd time that day I was completely distraught and had to step outside to compose myself during that time it was Von & Liz McKenzie ,Mike Clemente & Ellen Springer, Ron Lammer and a few others that came to my side to comfort me . It was my BEST Friend Von that said "Dennis you have to go home Family is Number 1 and chip Conventions are every year" I thanked Von ,Liz,Mike & Ellen and went up to the room to make the neccesary arrangements to Leave the next morning . It was the most difficult time in my life flying home having no contact with the Family till we reached Cleveland Ohio and then to find out that My Brother was in complete cardiac arrest a few days went by and on the 11th of August his fight had ended and I was so Glad that I made it home in time to see him before his passing . After a few days after the Funeral a package showed up at my mailbox and it Contained several chips including the Bucket of Blood $1 & $5 a 10 cent Silver City and a few others that My BEST Friend Von had gotten together with my friends at the Splashbar and said "SHOOP Deserves a break and pooled $$$ together and bought the chips for me and For that I was one awfuly emotional chipper that will never know how to repay those great friends ever for making 2007 Convention one crazy year!

So in closing I WILL STAY at the Riviera and will always Stay at the Host Hotel of each and every Convention NO MATTER WHAT the cost is!
