I don't have any problem with Circus-Circus. Wild Wild West - yeah it is a dump but has great cheap food in the cafe and is one of the few places where you can still play $3 BJ. But I will admit you wouldn't catch me dead in one of their rooms.

I didn't see Key Largo on anyones list. Another great dump.
