Normally I do not open anything that looks suspicious, and this certainly was very suspicious. Unfortunately, I was at work and removed the message from my inbox via the webmail page. Otherwise I might have been tempted to bring up my virtual OS and do some forensics work on whatever package this was.

Good to see everyone following one of the basic rules of email... if it looks suspicious, even if it's from someone you know, Delete It. If it was legit, then it's usually not a problem to resend it. Now if I could get my users at work to follow that advice...
