there are supposedly programs that go under the guise of poker strategy/player tracking software, however, when installed,they allow the author(or someone that has a "sister" program) to see your hole cards while playing poker online. Since it runs like an actual program, it doesn't get noticed by antivirus software. I thought it was one of those urban legends, but maybe its real. If you opened it, you should try to find it and uninstall it from your system...if that doesn't work, or you cant find it, do a system restore (pick a date a couple of days before you got it just to be safe).
