I first read about the Casinos Austria Shop website here, so I thought I should post this. I ordered 3 chips from their shop website in November, total 32.40 euros. The charge appeared on my December credit card bill, dated Dec.01. I paid it right away, but never received the chips. On the website, there's a link for complaints and questions about orders, and I have used it twice and never got an answer. I will continue to pester them, and perhaps try to get a credit from my credit card, but I've pretty much given up on ever getting my chips.
