I agree with almost all of the statement expressed

In the preceding posts.except for Aarons.( I don't get it?) grin
A guide is just that. A guide to be used how you want or need it to be.
I have noticed the for a long time, the difference in the e-bay prices V. the guide price.
I need the guides because I have a poor memory and need to get a ballpark price or rarity,
So I know how to bid. As I agree with all of you, I would like to add
that some time ago,I started keeping my High end chips separate from the others,
for safe keeping and some other reasons, but I'm shocked at when i went to look at the binder now,
how small it is.As the book value drops I put them back in the alphabetical binders.
There are so many finds, I shy away from big dollar chips I need to fill a hole in my chip wants or needs.
There is something to be said about collecting Limited ED. comm. chips.
Spend $5 and you know how many were made and Not much chance of a new "FIND".
I don't expect them to be gaining a whole lot of value, real fast.
