I for one, would actually like to see a new book. I believe there are alot of rarity and value changes that need to be made, especially when you consitter the "garage sale effect" you mentioned, and I think the majority of chips should actually decrease in book value. ebay, like it or not, is a very good gague of real value. I've been tracking alot of sales over the past year, and I've noticed on most chips a pretty big gap between book prices and sale prices, but the prices on same chips seem to be prety consistant(ex.there were around 7-10 15th issue $1 dunes harem girl chips throughout the year, and with a couple exceptions, they sold in the $80 neighborhood)
