I don't know Glen, but for the most part I would say he is dead on in principle. I must be remembered that a common chip will always be common and a rare chips, under certain conditions (like a big find), will always be rare. As to prices in catalogs, they are only rarity guides anyway. The price will swing back and forth. I don't put a lot a faith in catalogs except as a reference.
