on is an actual $20 bill from the ransom money paid to the infamous D.B. Cooper. He hijacked a plane in 1971 and parachuted out with $200,000 in ransom money, never to be seen again. In 1980, a kid camping with his family found $5,800 of the ransom money on the banks of the Columbia river. The FBI kept some of the bills for evidence, gave some to the insurance company that must have had to pay out the ransom, and some to the kid. Well, "the kid" is now selling some of the bills.
