Jerry did not mention any specific posts. I think the thread below is absolutely fine. However, many just say, for example, joke of the day, and rip on one candidate or another. Or say something unclear in the subject line. Then, if I am not in the mood for political character assasination that day, I feel blindsided. I don't mind the posts. Sometimes I like to read them, but most of the time I don't. That's my personal preference. The posters have every right within the guidelines set by Greg S. to post them. I just wish they would be easily identified (like the thread below). I can tell you after years on the board that you can not always recognize them from the subject lines.
