Only at the time they put their hardearned money into the project there wasn't any planned high-rise hotel tower or lunatic pyromania potentially affecting future homeowners' quality of life and thus affecting potential return on their honest investment. The County Commision "Mean Girls" vs. our county chair, the "Light Rail Mafia" running city hall or the child abuser who seems to be the only effective leader, Dem or Republican in the whole state.
