The only way I'll remove the negative is if the seller refunds my $35 purchase price for the cracked mis-described chip that was returned to him ... to which he refuses to do and I told him in advance that I would be leaving him a neg if the situation was not resolved within a week's time. I've already been through ebay's resolution process ... which is worthless and a wasted effort with someone who claims "no habla English".
