Hope you used your credit card. A charge-back is a nice final resort weapon if worse comes to worse. Now it is even easier than before to always use a credit card for PayPal purchases, for now, if you have a PayPal Plus Credit Card, you can easily select that credit card as a funding source for the PayPal payment (even if you have a cash balance in your PayPal account).

Always buy with a credit card if it is an option for payment.
