I just ran into my first crook 3 weeks ago. I bought a set of CSI DVDs to GIVE for a xmas present 2 weeks before xmas. Three weeks later and no communication and no DVDs. I went to check ebay and he now has a (-1) feedback. I'm a little confused, but the complaint was the same, item never received. I can't remember what it was before, but it was high with only a couple negs. I escalate through paypal and I think I will get my money back, but will probably take at least 1 month.
