My first negative feedback was from a guy who never shipped an item I paid for. Up to that time, the seller had very good feedback. Then he decided to rip off everybody. All of the sudden he had dozens of negative feedbacks and complaints about not shipping a paid for item. eBay finally kicked him off. However the negative feedback he gave me because he retaliated against my complaint stands. I spoke to eBay representatives and they basically said that this is the way the system works, even if the negative feedback is from a proven crook.
