Rick, Once you get to the Bar @ the Riv, You are NO Longer A Newbie. Every member who attends the Convention is eligible for the Award. The award is given to the CCGTCC Club Member who performs above all others with their antics at the "SPLASHBAR" during the Conv. There are 297 secret judges who are watching the "SPLASHBAR" during the conv
(Which includes before & after the actual Conv dates)& then whenever they gfeel like it, they vote for the winner & direct me to inform the members. & then during the Conv the "SPLASHT" award is presented to the Club Member who best Exemplifies what the "SPLASHBAR" is all about.
