Also, keep in mind that there is an "idiot" factor that you are not counting in your odds. That is to say, the idiot playing against you doesn't care about his entry fee and may be willing to throw it away (no matter how much it is) and play another table.
I agree with the other posts that play your game and you'll see if you're a winner or not. I disagree about dropping down a notch. I'd suggest ratcheting up to the next table level. The more invested in entry the more civilized the play tends to be. IMO.
One other thing. Just because your good with your "home game" people doesn't make you a good players just makes you comfortable with the way they play. I'm reigning champion, 2 years running, in my home game and get my clock cleaned this first game I play at Foxwoods. After, I get used to their play, I'm a middle of the field player.
