Looks like there was a problem with the blue dye. All of the purple color (the O and the L in Carousel, the "Las Vegas" at the bottom, the horses on the carousel, etc.) seems to have some of the blue missing. Even the A and S in Carousel seem to be lacking some of the coloring.

Whether this qualifies as a variation... I'll leave that to the experts.
