A lot of ebayers will leave positive feedback when item is paid for. He always paid imediately upon buying. (I left at least four positives). After you shipped the package and he has already received positive feedback he would strike with a "I never received the chips" (usually on a higher priced purchase). Then after you reach some type of agreement on a refund or replacement, he would open up a pay-pal dispute. Pay-pal looks at payment being made by the buyer and will always side with them. That is how he was able to get 150% of the purchase price refunded plus (I believe) possesion of the chips from me. When I asked for excess money be returned, I never heard from him again. I no longer leave positive feeback when selling until I receive it from the buyer because of this......Doug
