Actually it's a Jeweler's Loupe, which a jeweler or collector uses to magnify an object to show sub flaws such as hairline cracks, chips, etc. generally not visable to the naked eye. Have found them handy when trying to really closely examine a chip for dings, nicks and such. Was planning to send you the Stardust but they had already blown the bloody thing into the next century, lol. In any case, best for 2008 and may any an ALL health problems find some other family to focus on......
