Like I've mentioned on many previous occassions ... club membership (to me) is like a "Good Housekeeping Seal Of Approval."

I don't think that someone with a past history of numerous documented unresolved packages not being received by club members, that he/she would remain a club member (if he were one) for very long. That's why I like dealing with club members.
