I understand but out of almost 7,000 transactions my issues have been less than a 1/2 a percent.. I had many packages years ago not arrive when I dealt Art online... I have recently requested all packages be held for me to pick up at the post office... and I also reported it too the Post master and PO investigators locally... so ive done all I can.... again not many issues but enough for me to pursue.... It tough on me too, I bid, watch, and try to win the last minutes... then payapl and when, if not received, I spend even more time emailing and if necessary going through an ebay and paypal dispute.... all which cost me more than the cost of an item... my time...
