Back in August I sold him 4 strikes on Ebay. He insisted he never got my package. After I sent him a Paypal refund for the full amount of the sales including mailing cost, he kept emailing me wanting his refund. I finally had to email him a copy of the Paypal refund transaction to make him agree that he had been refunded.
I have him blocked also.
