He has bid on my chips 3 times, first time he claimed he did not receive, but he offered to split the cost and... me give him a refund, (I always save my post off receipts, I told him to pursue it thru paypal...nothing , then he bids on an older sands chips 3 weeks after he claims he didnt get him, I asked him if he would like me to scan the postal receipt and inquired if he knew what mail fraud was...never heard back on that one.....Now 3 weeks after I sent him an older tropicana chip he wants to know when he can expect it, nice scam hopefully no one falls for this bs and send him anything, I am done venting and dealing with this JACKASS
