A guy I trade baseball cards with just sent me this scan of a chip he has that he knows nothing about and I don't either. I told him I would ask here as I'm pretty certain someone would know about it. He's particularly curious as to when it was issued, if it's obsolete now, and of course, approximate value. Any information anyone can provide would be most appreciated.
