A big difference in the way Indians acquire land is that they actually negotiate and pay money for it. They don't use emminent domain, and they don't send an army to forceably relocate the natives to another state halfway across the country. The residents of the trailer park may be unhappy, but any change of ownership could have lead to their eviction. Personally, I take a certain amount of glee when tribes are doing well.
