"Value" in the eyes of the beholder...

I thought you might enjoy seeing this package from today's mail. Call me sentimental, but I think this is pretty special. I bought the $2 Harvey’s 1976 Commemorative chip off eBay (been wanting that chip for a long time) and I don’t know anything about the seller.

I’m guessing he/she is or has been a stamp collector for a long time and has stacks of these things sitting around (the stamps, not the chips). I’ll going to keep the envelope as a souvenir. It’s kind of like this 1976 Harvey’s chip I bought… not terribly valuable… but I really like it (maybe one of my favorites, in fact)... So, that makes it pretty valuable to me!
