I think that your assumptions are correct. It started as West World then was boughtout and re-branded as Old Vegas. As you can see with the insides of the matchbooks it appears to be a turn key as the resturaunt name stays all the attractions are similar and notice on the front of the covers the phone #'s are the same as well. Certainly they were a little ahead of their time with the family orientated casino/amusement park which seems more prevalent towards the late 80's early 90's with places like Excaliber and the likes.
