Amarillo "Slim" Preston once told me a story about a guy in a wheel chair that was part on Benny's Southland Hotel operation. He was the "Dice" expert. You did not beat the dice, unless Benny wanted you to. He was meaner than "two pole cats" per Slim.
The guy once traveled to Oklahoma with his wheel chair to take revenge on a guy that had dishonored his daughter. Slim said he never heard of nor ever saw the "daughter dishonorer" again.

The wheel chair guys name was AL but I would have to go thru years on notes to get his last name.
No one in the world is better at telling stores than Slim and he can tell them till he drops.
