I originally scan a chip at 150dpi. This produces a 240x240 pixel scan. I then reduce that scan by 75% to a size 60x60 pixel. I save BOTH size scans. BTW, I don't believe that my new scanner does as good a job.

I show the smaller size scan on my webpage in order to speed up browsing. However, the larger scan is also on my site if you want to see more detail. If you pass the cursor over the first chip from the club, a "Click Me" icon appears. Clicking on that icon brings you to a page in which the 240x240 size scans for all chips from that club are shown.

The way speeds have improved over the years, maybe I'll dump the smaller scans and just show the large scans on the original page. Of course you'll have to page down several screens to see all the chips that are currently shown on one screen.
