on the coast for years. That is why we volunteered for the State Police, and now for the County Sheriff's office to patrol parks, etc. It is technically called "car clouting" and is very common here. They are VERY quick at it too. Usually can break a window, take what they want and be gone in under 2 minutes. Amazing. We are well trained on this type of incident, among other things.
