Janice and I drove over to Spotlight 29 today and watched the PowWow ceremonies for a while. The costumes were very nice as always. I ambled around the tables and did not observe a new chip in play. So, I walked to the cage. At the cage I asked if they had chips for this year's Winter Gathering PowWow and initially the lady said, “Yes.” Then she immediately said, “No. They were not made for this year.” I asked and she didn’t have an answer as to why they weren’t made. I will go back a few times in the next couple months to see if they are released late much like the Riviera chip for #14.
