Last news blurb they had on the legal challenge issue between the Legislature & the Governor said that the case(s) would be fast tracked and the Courts would begin hearing oral arguments sometime in mid December. We can only hope that the Court system tosses these challenges out and let's things move foreward. Would imagine that the Seminoles have done all of their backshop work in anticipation of approval. I heard that the recently expanded gaming floor at the HR in Tampa which just opened was supposedly wired with the proper connections to be quickly converted from Class II to Class III slots. Time is money I guess....
