only mention here again to help others that encounter the samething, is that when you uploaded the picture from your computer, your computer remembers the location of the picture on your harddrive. When you do a "Preview" your computer takes a shortcut to the image (already in memory) and displays it you just as if it went to Greg's upload area, grabbed the file, downloaded to your screen.

This is the file name you used originally: MUNICIPAL_VIÑA_DEL_MAR__P.jpg

This is the new name you used: MUNICIPAL_VINA_DEL_MAR__P.jpg

Just like the ampersand sign, computers and the internet do not handle certain characters well when used in file names.

Now, please don't ask me why your bad file name picture won't work when people read your post, but if they visit the File Upload area and click on the bad file name there, it will show the picture! Go figure.
