..hub mold, neither did Mason.
They were both distributors for chips made at The Burt Company in Maine. Hubs were made at USPC in Cincinnati prior to 1947 when Burt bought out the USPC molds and started producing the hubs.
Burt went into business in 1920.
Mason and Taylor only hotatamped chips.

The few hubs you see in the Taylor records were customers looking for reorders or Hub molded chips and contacted Taylor. Taylor had Mason hot stamp the chips and sent them out from Taylor.

There are 13,000 or so Mason records. I have roughly 1,000 that I have paid for. They are not on the site. We are in negoiations with Howdy to get all of the Mason records for the sight.
