John, this is a close to a home Casino that I have (other than the smaller ones in Nanaimo and Victoria - both Great Canadian Casinos). Of the chips they (River Rock) currently rack, one is a standard $5.00 and the other is $5.00 Heron. I've never seen the one you posted on the tables, and, in fact, had never seen the chip before. I'd say it was rare, but only from personal experience, not any specific knowledge.
