BTW, please don't be afraid to modify your fields. Take a look at the picture below. This is modified from the default way the program comes. Ii have also added a field for the dates the casino was open/closed. I also have the fields lined up, and have the scans enlarged. I have also moved the "theme" field from the "more detail" tab onto the main item detail tab.
You can add fields, move them, delete them, change the size, etc. Don;t be afraid to experiment.
