Well, here is a post that almost wasn't! Unfortunately, last Monday night I had my 2nd heart attack of this year and it almost got me. I had chest pains Sunday night but was sent home after 5 hours at the ER. The conclusion was that I had Angina and was to rest and take Nitro. I was miserable that day and night, and the following morning went back, certain that something was wrong. It was. Excruciating pain, another blocked artery and 2 more stents in place, I was again sent home with best wishes! I now have a matched set of 5 stents in my heart!

Long story short, it's time for me to acknowledge that I can't do what I did. I was a School Psychologist, working with Emotionally Disturbed students in non-public school settings. I had responsibilities for approx. 111 student's and it has proved to be too much for me to handle anymore. I'm tired!!

I don't want to leave the beautiful lady in this picture (in the Bucket of Blood, Virginia City, July, 2005) behind. March, 2008, will be our 3rd anniversary of marriage and 11th anniversary of friendship! Plus, I have 3 grandsons, a plethora of nephews and neices, and a bunch of friends that I want to do things with for a few more years! Like, trading chips!

So, I will be posting more and more chips here, and on as I get to feeling better. As some of you (that know me better) may be aware, I have quite a large collection of chips and gambling memorabilia. I will be converting chips-to-cash for travels and recreation. My retirement income will be considerably less than I was used to, so I will most probably not be buying many chips in the future!
