Living and working construction in the South all my life, and getting out when I got smart enough, I can guess why construction is so much slower than Vegas. Very limited manpower vs. unlimited manpower. Not to mention most of the South works in the West and North anyway Also depressed wages vs. a very good living wage. Just one humble Union man's opinion Viva Las Vegas!!!!
