Bob is correct. The airport rental is a matter of convenience. When we have family come to town we rent them a car at Enterprise on Flamingo and maybe Arville. Usually get a better price than at the airport. BUT if you are from out of state, Vegas sticks it to tourists when they rent anywhere out here.
