Maybe I missed it, but why use either Paypal or Ebay if you can't accept that they charge you fees? If you are listing something for sale, you must take into consideration what you will have to pay in service charges before setting your prices. If a chip is worth $400 and you list it for 0.99, then you take the chance you won't recoup enough to make the transaction worth it for you. No one is forcing anyone to use these services. Millions worldwide continue to do so. Must be some reason. If you see other options for selling your goods, I suggest you use them since you are clearly not happy about using these. There are other options out there. Again, no one is forcing you to use them so why complain? It isn't going to get you anywhere.
