I have a number of these to get rid of.
They never came with chips so you are not missing anything.

I dont see many of these so I may be wrong here but the design is slightly different to any others I have seen.
The actual 'win cards' are plasticised and look more robust than most. The overall pack seems bigger also - doesnt quite fit on my scanner.

It will cost $4.50 for me to mail one from the UK in a board backed envelope. Add $2 for each extra one.
