It may not be "the best spot in town" as you say, but, you know what, I like these funky locals casinos, when Stateline Casino was still open I got to talk to the owner, Doris Jackson, do you think the owners of any of the strip mega-resorts would talk to me? The only Vegas casino with any character IMHO is the Golden Gate downtown. If I just wanted to go to Mega casinos I can go to Atlantic City and forget about Nevada altogether.
