Everyone has heard the expression " Snail Mail". Well, I now know what it means. I got a call out of blue yesterday from Jim Garrard thanking me for the chip I sent him. I said "What chip"? He mentioned a chip that was part of a trade from some time ago. I remembered it. It was apparently lost in the mail and I sent him another. He just got the first one in the mail yesterday and the envelope was postmarked August of 2005.
I wonder what the record is among chip traders for slow exchanges in the mail? .....Happy Thanksgiving to all.
