My nephew who is a sales executive for Thomas & Betts, sent me this nifty cigar lighter -- it was made to be a WT-PTORCH, Hand-Held Butane Torch (For use with heat shrink tubing only). It is lit, but pictures won't show the flame for some reason. It is about 5.5" tall. Kind of neat and dangerous.
