I agree Barry and the only thing I can blame it on is sheer stupidity exhibited by many newer dealers who really do not think appreciate what they sell.They figure "who cares....it is a piece of cheap paper",and it is so easy to place a sticker on an item.Heaven forbid,they could use a pencil or tag or sticker on a cover of some type.
I am sure that it drives many of us nuts.
